I have always been my mouthwash in oral hygiene. Those who use Listerine is now worried, but I have a very high rate of alcohol, where it is, I think it's something like 25 to 27%, which can really damage your gums.

I decided I must change my mouthwash and I like the look of PH Gretyl. I did it once before, but that was long ago to remember. I have read that contain cetyl pyridinium chloride, which can stain teeth, but I think it is the lesser evil compared to damaged gums.
